STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING/NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 AUD; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. We offer express shipping charged at a flat rate of $14.95 AUD. Your order is shipped from Victoria and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA.  In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Orders placed before noon AEST on business days will normally be packed and dispatched on the same day. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.  Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping

  • 1-3 business days Victoria
  • 2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
  • 3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*

Express Shipping

  • 1-2 business days Victoria
  • 1-3 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
  • 2-5 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping

 

Upon Delivery

You will be required to sign for your order once it is delivered to the address you have specified. If no one is present at the address when Australia Post attempts to deliver the package they will leave a calling card in the letter box or at the reception of your work place and make the package available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Unfortunately, Lincoln St. cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced in your country. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS

 

Lincoln  St. make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to offer a return within 21 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unworn, in original condition with garment tags attached
  • Items must be returned to us within 21 days of you receiving the order and be accompanied by an approved returns form
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability, and are for size alternatives only of the same item as originally purchased
  • Please note postage paid is non-refundable

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund, exchange (alternative size only), or credit to be processed after your returns parcel has been received. Please kindly note that online store credits used will be returned as a store credit to your Lincoln St. account and cannot be redeemed for cash.

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We are happy to arrange a refund for full priced items to your original payment method, an online store credit to your Elka account, or alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 21 days of purchase, subject to availability.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, however, we can arrange an alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 21 days of purchase, subject to availability. Alternatively, you will be provided with an online store credit to use on your next purchase to the purchase value of the item. If you wish to receive an exchange on your items, this must be specified to our customer service team prior to sending your return to us. Please see below for how to request an online return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE TO US

1. Please ensure your items are eligible for return according to the above conditions and contact our customer service team at info@privilegeaustralia.com.au to request a return. 2. Please provide the following information when submitting your contact form for return requests:

  • Your online order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Return Method Request (Please specify if you wish to receive a Refund, Exchange including size preferred OR an Online Store Credit)

 

3. After receiving your return authorisation form back via email from our customer service team, please follow the instructions and attach the returns address form to the outside of your returns parcel (ensuring to remove any old labels or barcodes).

4. Please note, customers will be responsible for charges associated with the returns postage cost of their items to Lincoln St. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
